40 Knots Salmon Toast
This is an easy (and delicious) meal option for any time of day.

Ingredients
- 1 slice white bread, 1/2" thick
- Food Club Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 medium mashed avocado
- 1 tsp. Barrel & Branch - optional
- 2 Basket & Bushel tomato slices
- 3 pieces of thinly sliced 40 Knots Salmon, smoked
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- Barrel & Branch salt and ground pepper

Instructions:
- Brush bread with olive oil and toast in the oven for 2 minutes, or until golden brown
- Spread avocado on the toasted bread
- Place thinly sliced salmon strips on top
- Garnish with chives and fresh squeezed lemon
- Season generously with salt and pepper
